local and international focus

NXT aims to revolutionise the global construction industry, currently worth US$9 trillion, by providing lower cost, higher quality buildings for governments and private developers that need to complete large-scale projects quickly, even on difficult sites.

NXT operates in Australia, where it has a deep understanding of the commercial property market and the local construction industry.

NXT is expanding its operations to enable it to pursue suitable projects internationally, particularly in developing and emerging countries where large-scale projects exist and where the “triple bottom line” of economic, social and environmental benefits can be more readily achieved.
